Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the Polish law. In all matters not covered by Terms of Use, Polish Civil Code and other relevant Polish law provisions shall apply.

Choice of Polish law may not, however, have the result of depriving the consumer of the protection afforded to him by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of the consumer's state.

Any and all disputes which might arise under or out of this Terms of Use shall be examined according to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland. A court of competent jurisdiction is the court of the Sailor Toolbox owner's seat.
